TET.ro is born, we decided to acquire a RE/MAX franchise, aiming to compete at national and international levels.
2018
Cristian Angheloiu enters the TOP 100 worldwide, becoming the only real estate consultant in Romania with properties sold worth over €8,000,000.
2020
TET.ro is awarded the title of NATIONAL OFFICE #1
TET.ro is the only office in Romania featured in global rankings based on properties sold.
2021
TET.ro is awarded the title of NATIONAL OFFICE #1
The most expensive property sold in the history of the RE/MAX network in Romania.
€37,000,000 – ABSOLUTE RECORD – total value of properties sold by TET.ro office.
Cristian Angheloiu reaches €15,000,000 in properties sold, becoming the only Real Estate Consultant in Romania and Eastern Europe with the title Titan in network rankings.
One transaction every 6 hours – breaking another record and demonstrating performance.
2022
We decided to leave the franchise brand and increase marketing and promotion budgets by 10% to improve service quality and development.
In September, two new offices join TET.ro through partnership: Decebal Team and Constanta Team, starting national expansion.
We grow the team to over 70 professional real estate consultants.
One transaction every 4 hours – on average, TET.ro sells a property every 4 hours. Breaking a new record through professionalism.
We close the year with a 25% GROWTH
2023
February – We finalize the plan and start national and territorial expansion.
March – We join APAIR – The Professional Association of Real Estate Agents in Romania, a NAR member with over 116 years of experience in the real estate industry.
TET.ro joins the global Chestertons network. Founded in London in 1805, Chestertons has over 215 years of experience in real estate.
2024
We successfully navigate the national crisis, well-prepared and effectively.
We continue our development and strengthen international partnerships across the entire Chestertons Global network.
We participate in two international events alongside the TET.ro champions and the Rookie of the Year, namely Chestertons Polo in the Park London and the Annual Conference in Dubai, accompanied by the Chestertons Polo in the Park Dubai event.
We reach over 3,000 properties in our portfolio both nationally and internationally, and grow our client database to over 50,000.
We decide to operate under the TET.ro brand, keeping Top Estate Team as part of our team's history.
